About tour cancellation
If you cancel your tour due to your own circumstances, we will follow the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation notice
If you wish to cancel your tour, please contact us by email or phone. A cancellation fee will be applied based on the date and time of your cancellation notification.
Cancellation fee
About cancellation of basic fee
- 30 days or more before the tour start date: Free cancellation.
- 15 to 29 days before the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 25% of the tour basic fee will be charged.
- 7 to 14 days before the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the tour basic fee will be charged.
- 3 to 6 days before the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 75% of the tour basic fee will be charged.
- Within 2 days before the tour start date: A cancellation fee of 100% of the tour basic fee will be charged.
About cancellation of various arrangements other than the basic fee
For services arranged at your request (event viewing fees, airfare, hotel fees, etc.), fees will be charged at the time of arrangement.Please note that these fees cannot be refunded due to cancellation.
We will inform you of the details of special arrangements individually.
Refunds
We will refund the basic fee minus the cancellation fee via PayPal. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Changes and rebookings
If you would like to change the date or rebook instead of canceling, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that additional costs may be incurred due to date changes.
Notes
- We cannot provide refunds for cancellations after the tour has started or no-shows without notice, regardless of the reason.
- If we cancel the tour for our own reasons, we will provide a full refund.
- If the tour is canceled due to a natural disaster or other force majeure, we will provide a full refund, but no further compensation will be provided.
